    I've tried resetting it and it doesnt work. I've had it repaired in the last few weeks and I would like to send it in again but it wont let me start a repair service.

    Sorry to hear it. If the console was repaired via Xbox then it should have an extra 90 day warranty. If you're unable to set up the repair request please contact support for more assistance

    Thanks, I've read there are issues with the power supply to these units? Have you heard of that? I think we will just need to call up and get replaced. Very disappointing though.
