    Xbox one x wont startup


    Does anyone have a solution to xbox one x not booting up. Was having issues with it booting up past startup screen and have done all of the troubleshooting steps; ie restarting console, hard reset, factory reset and now boots up with no picture or functionality.

    Make sure the HDMI is in the right insert or else sound/picture will not show. Also make sure you have a good internet connection and power connection because wires can get loose haha.

    Thank you for response. I do get the startup sound and power light but no picture. i believe it is one of the first generations; purchased just after release.
