    I have tried every method suggested in these forums. My xbox started off by running extremely slow. Then wouldnt start at all unless I held the sync and disc buttons followed by the power button.

    Ive done a factory reset but kept all files, didnt help.

    I tried a full factory reset including all data. The xbox turned on after approx 10 minutes of black screen. Once started up it incredibly slow.

    Now when I power it on it remains on a black screen.

    For a while the power button was flashing like it was updating but it never amounted to anything.

    It seems like this is a hardware issue as opposed to a software issue.

    Can anyone weigh in? This xbox was bought in 2018. Are there any warranties that remain after four years that would cover me from a Hardware shutdown.

    This all started when I tried to install FarCry 6 using a disc...

    So ive done this before and it fixed the issue for a day then it started giving me the error again. Neither factory reset or power cycling fixed this issue for me. This will be my second time performing a factory reset on this device. Its amazing how the
    first xbox one doesnt have this issue.

    After that long your warranty has already over, i would recommend to try again the factory reset deleting all data, and once you get it back one repeat the process from the console settings, dont plug any other device, just the display

    Hi sorry for the late reply ive already done a full factory reset twice and still the same issues it was temporarly fixed by plugging my xbox directly into the wall and that has worked for 13 days but now its started again do you have any other troubleshooting
    related to this issue which may help

    If you have already done enough troubleshooting including the Factory reset while keeping games & apps I would recommend going through with a

    Full Factory Reset     on your Xbox One X.
