Xbox one x won’t reset

So my xbox one x will freeze and when i go to reset it, it then freezes on a black screen.

Its such a waste of money.

Any help would be great.

Hello, Like stated by others, I would recommend you send your system in for repairs if its still under warranty with Microsft or through your insurance company by contacting Microsoft Here

Hello! The best course of action would probably be to contact xbox support here and see if they can offer any help.

The problem is that this happens a few times a day.

Its almost unplayable.

Hello! Have you tried holding down the power button on your console for ~10 seconds to hard reset your system?

If that has failed to work, try to see if clearing the system cache would help. In order to do this:

1. Do a hard reset by holding down the power button for ~10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cord from the system and wait another ~10 seconds.

3. Proceed to plug the cord back into the Xbox and turn the console back on.

No it won’t, only a plain Xbox one and Xbox x|s will work for Disney infinity
