    Xbox one x won’t power on.


    Im having issues with my xbox one x.. the console is around 2 weeks old and has been working fine.

    i was planning on moving the console from my TV stand to my desk so i went into the settings on my console and selected “full shutdown” in the power menu.

    i moved the console to my desk, plugged everything in and nothing happens when i press the X button.

    So far i’ve tried,

    Un-plugging the power cable for 5minutes.

    Changing the fuse in the plug(UK plug)

    Checked the power source and its working fine.

    Pressed the power button for 10, 20 and 30seconds.

    And still no lights or power and just seems dead.

    What can i do? Its never been dropped and theres no damage, no liquid spills and no power cuts or surges.. as i said it was working fine before i moved it.

    Xbox one x won’t power on.

    Have them replace it... fixxed mine once a month and it got worse and was out of warrenty and the fix would be more than a new one

    I just got an Xbox One X yesterday and experiencing the same issue. In addition, my controller won’t power on when pressing the home button. I also tried the methods Leslie suggested and no luck.
