Xbox one x wont factory reset

been having issues with my xbox one x for a few months and i had to reset it more than 20x times and it still has the same problem it gives me error codes e102 and sometimes e105. I tried the offline reset with a usb and nothing. it gives me the same mesg
that something went wrong i dont know whats going on and my xbox ran out of warranty. If anyone has any solutions please let me know

I have before and the problem continued i dont know if its hardware issues its having

Yes i tried everything and nothing i even had a buddy of mine check it out and he said its probably the hdd. Mine ran out of warranty literally 2 months prior to this problem and everytime i call customer service they tell me the same thing over and over
when i try to explain to them that its not working. It sucks that i spend 600$ on a console and they cant even answer for the problems that its having. Really pushing me away to the playstation side 😣

I cant even get into the xbox home how am i going to connect to the internet as soon as i turn on my xbox i get the error message

Make sure your box is connected to the internet.
Open the Main Menu.
Select Settings.
From Information & reset select Factory reset.
Select Reset.
Enter the numbers you see on screen to confirm you want to reset your box.
Your box will now reset itself and we'll walk you through the setup again.
