    XBOX One X won't download purchased add ons or Sea of Thieves


    I have purchased the resistance pack for COD WWII and also tried to download Sea of Thieves (via my game pass subsription). Neither will download - I get the error 'Download Stopped'. I have plenty of space left on my drive, my subscriptions are all up to
    date (The COD DLC is already fully paid for). And the only service error on the platform is for 'Social' affecting Sea of Thieves matchmaking'. How can I get these games I have paid for onto my Xbox? help please...

    Still can’t get black dog stuff XBOX One X won't download purchased add ons or Sea of Thieves :(

    I pre order sea of thieves and still have gotten a msg or anything about the add ons. XBOX One X won't download purchased add ons or Sea of Thieves :(

    Microsoft reward points when buying the Xbox One X

    Hi,

    I purchased an Xbox One X yesterday and the game ‘Sea of thieves’.

    I’ve looked on the Microsoft rewards points app on the Xbox, and it says that you get awarded 50000 points for purchasing the console and 6000 for purchasing the ‘Sea of Thieves’ game, however I cannot find a way to redeem these.
