    Xbox One X won’t display anything


    I recently turned my Xbox One X on and the display was constantly dropping out. I turned it off and left it alone for a day. I then turned it on and couldn’t get an image to display. I have since tried 4 different HDMI cables in the console and I’ve tried it on 3 different monitors but the same thing is still happening. I’ve tried booking a call with Xbox support but that wasn’t working for some reason. Is there anything else that could be done to solve this issue before I take it to a shop for them to have a look at?

    With what you've tried, it might just need service. You can intiate that at
    Microsoft Device Support page.

    One thing I would additionally troubleshoot is connecting remotely, either on Windows 10 Xbox Console Companion app to see if it displays there?

    There is also the low resolution mode to try at boot up.
    This page has the details how to get there,     under "Your screen is blank after you turn on the console" > "Reset your display settings".

    No it won’t, only a plain Xbox one and Xbox x|s will work for Disney infinity

    I'm sorry to hear that. Since we have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be a hardware failure with the console already. I would highly recommend sending in the console for repair service. You can create a repair order by logging in to your account to this link, https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-de....

    Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.
