xbox one x wont connect to wifi when I turn it back on

Hi my Xbox One X wont connect to wifi when i turn it back on the only way i fixed it was to factory reset but its happened again. it connected fine when i reset it but whenever it boots back up it can't connect. I've tried the suggested hard reboot of
WIFI and Xbox but it doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you tried clearing the MAC address on the console ?

Settings- All settings- Network - Advanced network - Alternate MAC address- Clear- Reset

My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.
