    Xbox one X won't boot to Xbox logo


    my console froze so I power cycled it and it just loaded a black screen. I power cycled it again and it worked but crashed again 5 minutes later. I power cycled it again and it keeps going to a black screen not even the Xbox logo comes up. I'm in the alpha
    ring of the preview programme and updated it last night. I also tried to factory reset it but couldn't get the two tones to trigger holding the sync and eject buttons then turning it on.

    My One X just did the same thing, however it does not boot properly now either. The 4k chip animation and Xbox logo is laggy. Then the audio plays out of sync and it is stuck on the Xbox One logo....

    Doesnt get pass boot screen

    Just got a one about an hour ago and it can't seem to make it passed boot, it just stays on the Xbox logo boot screen? Any ideas?

    @Microsoft Xbox, any reason this would fix the problem? I've had to do it 4 times already... now i just leave my xbox on always to avoid the hairdryer.

    I was able to get the xbox to work properly for a while. I did the Hairdryer trick. Basically blew a hot hairdryer into the vents for about 5mins on high. then plugged it back in and it booted up just fine.

    However, the issue is, if the xbox is disconnected from Power, it will happen again where it won't boot properly. Definitely an OS or Sensor issue.

    I swapped the hard drive for a new one. Same problem still. :(. Is there anyway to run diagnostics on the machine? Just frustrating.
