Xbox One X Wont Boot after update

I have a Xbox one X which has the OS version 17763.3066.amd64fre.rs5_release_xbox_dev_1811.181206-1740, yesterday post an update the system wont boot, initially I got an E105 error

Tried the following as per the support solution

1) Tried rest profile - wont complete restarts with E102 error

2) Tried factory reset - wont complete restarts with E101 error

3) Tried offline reset - get 2 successful boot up beeps but then shows error got E101 error

4) Tried offline update - Fails in 3rd step on 33% (Installing update)

I am completely stuck, can you confirm how to proceed or get an offline update file for the latest update/previous update?

a goodly amount, then you'll need to set up a repair or replacement for your console if it refuses to update or complete the update.

Additionally, if your profile or console are enrolled in our Preview Program for Xbox Insiders, the troubleshooting may not work as intended.

Tried the OSU1 update, it wont go past 33% installing, also now upon reboot the OS version is different

OS version - 10.0.17763.4085 (rs5_release_xbox_dev_ 1902.190131-1620)

It still shows the E102 error, even the reset profile or factory reset options dont work

Also tried the offline reset, I hear 2 beep and before I am able to remove the usb it shows the error screen

Tried all 3 usb ports as well

please help

The first link gives you the OSU1 file which is most up to date on the public side, (Non insiders) But back tracking OS can cause problems with connection to xbox live.

Starting from the top, that is the latest version.

I am trying to troubleshoot and resolve it myself, as a last resort I will use the repair option
