    Xbox One X won’t add account


    Trying to set up my brand new Xbox One X that I just took out of the box. The system went through all the steps to set up and updated itself to the latest update. When I get to add account it says I will do that part when I get to the home screen. When I
    try to “Add New” for my profile, get a grey background with buffer circle, then just takes me back to the “Add New” prompt.

    There is no error code to reference and can’t sign-in to my profile because when I go to “Add new” it doesn’t even prompt me for a username.

    I have already power-cycled and factory reset. Any fixes or should I just take it back as a bad egg to swap it out?
