XBox One X with Gold Live and Game Pass bundle - not working

My console bundle got delivered today. I have phoned the retailer who said the Game pass and Gold Live should be pre-loaded but they are not. They transferred me to Microsoft Support and a recorded message told me to go to their website! Going round
in circles and cannot use my new console. Anyone else bought this bundle and know how to use it? Thank you.

Hi Jpzivot,

Your Xbox Live Gold subscription and Xbox Game Pass are bundled together. If you are paying for Game Pass then Gold comes included. This doesn't work the other way around. Hope this helps.

Checked all the packaging many times, the only paper included was the product guide and receipt.

Did you check to see if there's a 25 digit code on the receipt?

The Xbox should have come with codes for live and Gamepass on a slip of paper that you will then have to redeem on your console, did you try looking around inside the packing box for it?

Console I ordered was completely new and I've checked multiple times- no card and all security seals were intact.
