Xbox one X wireless network issue

I think something is wrong with the internal adapter in my brand new Xbox x, many problems with lag. At this point I need a replacement or something porting forwarding all types of resets and nothings helped besides the port forwarding which was a temporary
fix it seems. What makes me believe it has something to do with that and build adapter is a post a read on reddit about someone else having the same problems with trying it wireless, they even got a replacement and still had the same issues. My network stats
a fine for the most part but im still experiencing problems with lag and dont know what to do anymore the games are unplayable. PS i bought it a day an a half ago

Pointless none of it help and if so its no permanent fix.

Have you tried to reset Xbox, but with deleting all data? Not keeping games and apps?

Support told me to try that, i did and it only worked temporarily.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing with your new Xbox.

If it's only been less than 2 days since you purchased it, I would suggest taking it back to the place of purchase and replacing it.

Once you arrive back home and set up the new console, if you continue to have the same issue that'll tell us that it's a

local network issue and not your console.
