Xbox One X wired connection issues

My Xbox One X consistently disconnects from the internet after startup. It is wired into my router, so I am not using wifi. When I go into test my connection it says I cannot connect to my DHCP server, and that I should restart my router, but every other
device on the network is functioning completely normal, and I shouldn't have to restart my router every time I turn on my Xbox. I have Telus fiber at 150mb/s upload and download. Once it works it works perfectly until my console powers off again, and I have
it set for the fast start up "sleep mode" so it isn't even fully powering down, and a console reboot doesn't do anything.

Update: when I connect wirelessly it connects fine, ipv4 and ipv6, and I have an open NAT

Won't connect with Ethernet cable

Just hooked up my new Xbox One X and used my existing ethernet cable from my old Xbox One (which worked fine). New console doesn't detect the wired connection and wireless works fine. I prefer wired connection for raiding and multiplayer games.

I bought new cable Cat6 and tried it as well but again, not reading wired connection. Both cables old and new work fine on other Xbox One and laptop so it's not the router port or cables.

How do I tell if it's the ethernet port or some configuration for Xbox One X that is different from old Xbox One?

Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

Looks like it was my wireless router maybe? I use a wired connection through my router but I was experiencing 100% packet loss through it according to Xbox multiplayer connection test. I connected through wireless and now it works with only 1% packet loss. Does this mean I need a new router even if the wireless works and wired connection doesn't? Every other game works fine online when my Xbox is wired. Just a CODAW issue.

 

Was wondering if you had ever heard back on this issue? I "upgraded" my original Xbox One to the X, and since I have been

1) unable to join groups to play coop games with friends

2) unable to stream off apps steadily

3) Severe lag issues on all online games (though, I have to join random online games because apparent the "super machine" cannot handle premade groups for anything)

The foretold super machine is nothing more than a pile of junk. Nothing but issues since I have had it, and its a shame.

Before any dev team members or customer support replies with "check your connection, open your ports, all the other cliche answers, this is not the issue, everything else operates as is supposed to, and my oriinal Xbox One still does not have issues with connectivity.
Please fix this junk, and make the $500 investment not feel like a cheap April fools joke.

 

No, I haven't heard anything back yet, unfortunately. Are you using wired or wireless connection?
