Xbox one x will randomly disconnect from from game and party but stay logged into Xbox live

So i recently upgraded to the Xbox one X. I use a wired connection and will randomly get disconnected from games and party chat but will stay logged into live. I am able to get logged back in right away to parties and games but it is quite annoying getting
disconnected. I have tried using different ethernet wires and I know its not the connection because I have had my PC running network tests at the same time as the peoblem happens and there is no signes of a network problem. I never had this problem with my
origional xbox that ran on the same connection. Any help on this would be awesome.

How many people use the same internet in your household? People confuse fast internet with strong internet all the time. Also, What's your NAT type ?

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

I just started getting this 2 days ago out of nowhere and what im noticing is my port is changing from 3074 to other ones on its own, so i know the issue but not the fix. Cant find one and xbox support is terrible now that you cant call them. Rip xbox. I

You could also try selecting a different band within the router as you may have a neighbour using the same frequency, which can affect your WiFi. Also passive interference caused by objects in the way of a signal, so anything electronic or metal that has
been recently installed in the home.
