    Xbox One X will not Upgrade the Store App


    Ok so I have been trying since the new store App was released to Upgrade it. My Xbox wont upgrade this no matter how hard I try. I've tried resetting the xbox keeping games and apps. I have tried different internet connections. I just updated the 22 GB Call
    of Duty Season 6 Upgrade no problem I need to download the 8 GB Data Pack 2 now.

    I have not tried doing the Offline System Update as it wants 6 GBs of Data. I'm running on hots pots here and it costs me $70.00 to update Call of Duty every season. I do not want to download another 6 GB update unless I know this will fix the problem. I
    don't have money to just keep throwing at hot spots. I don't have any other options for internet by me so please don't suggest another provider.

    Does anyone have a solution for this. Or can Microsoft actually make this work without making me download GBs of more stuff. This situation right here will def make me Cancel by Xbox Series X Pre-Order if I don't get this fixed and will go buy PS5 since
    they don't seem to ever have the problems my Xbox Does. My PS4 has worked flawlessly the whole time but my XBOX One never works right. If you cannot help me without making me spend more Money then PS5 here I come.

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.
    If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

    You will not lose your games saves when you upgrade to the Xbox One X from Xbox One as your game saves are stored on the Cloud.

    You don't have to transfer game saves from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X.

    They (game saves) will sync once your console (Xbox One X) is connect to the internet.

    There appears to be an issue with the Xbox Series X/S version of Grand Theft Auto V being compatible with the Xbox One Xbox One X version. Therefore, the Xbox Store may not allow you to purchase the Xbox Series of the game if you have an Xbox One.

    Buy the Xbox One version of Grand Theft Auto V. This version of the game is compatible with Xbox One X and is cheaper than the Xbox Series X/S version. I'm not sure but I think it's no longer available to buy in the store.

    If you decide to upgrade your Xbox One X to an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you can do so through the Xbox Store or an authorized retailer.
