Xbox One X will not launch any games!

Xbox One X....

Few weeks ago I started noticing the fan seemed to be intermittent (cycling fast and slow and all inbetween) but wasn't sure if it was something that had been going on and I was just noticing it.

I play online every night. Tonight I get the "for some reason (game) is taking too long to load"....so tried loading again. It goes to the splash screen and then the same error message and code.

Cleaned disk...same thing.

Tried other disks, same thing

So, I do a hard reset, same thing.

I take off my gamer tag and put back on and hard reset (held down the power button and the eject button to reset the screen resolution) (it's on a 4k sony) as this seems to be magic for some folks....reset the resolution to 4k....when it launches the game
every other time there is a flicker and then the splash screen comes back on and it loads....normally.....this time, after the resolution reset, the screen flickered but then the same error message.

Also, controller locks up and I unplug (hard wired) and plug back in.....sometimes worked, sometimes stayed frozen.....then a few minutes it would unfreeze controller would work again but not any games.....this includes disk and digitally downloaded games
(same error message for all)....profile working fine...logs in and all....no outages in my area of New Orleans.

Reset but saved games....

reset the resolution again....

same thing.

Reset internet...

same thing.

NOW, as I type this I am erasing everything from the Xbox One X and going to start over. Reinstall games and all other stuff is on the cloud.

OH, and I have an xbox one s in another room....game booted up with zero issues. SO, I'm am sure it's an issue with the device, firmware bug, hardware 'blowout', fan causing some garbage to happen.

Please no one direct me to something I have tried or something related to something simple. I'm fairly knowledgeable. I have went through the steps. I 'high five' to anyone that gives me the fix. Something tells me a "send it in for service" is what
is going to be the answer if this last effort of a total reset doesn't work. I'll keep y'all posted.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. If the issue persists after performing a full Factory Reset then the best option would be to set up the repair for the console.

You can always set it up through the
Device Support page.

Nope....and now it's worse....the home screen now isn't opening. Anyway....it's still 8 days left in warranty so I'm sending 'er off. <sniff sniff>

OH, and I also blew out the ports with air.
