xbox one x will not display on tv but it will on computer monitor

Sorry for the issue with the display. First off, are you trying to connect with an HDMI cable? If so lets try and hold the eject and power button together. You will hold them until you hear two beeps. This resets the display to default. You can also try
different HDMI port on your TV.

Your Xbox One console should automatically detect the display resolution on your TV. However, on rare occasions, it might not. If this happens, follow the steps: Open the guide, and then select System >
Settings. Under Display & sound, select Video output. Select TV resolution, and then choose either 720p, 1080p or 4K UHD, whichever is best for your TV. If you don't see the resolution for your TV, set TV connection to Auto detect.
