XBox One X WiFi Disconnects Randomly

so it seems this is an extremely common issue that has been addressed before, but I am posting to merely shed more light on the issue that Microsoft needs to address.

While using Xbox one X connected to WiFi, I am just randomly disconnected from WiFi at least one or two times per day. No other devices on that same router are affected. The only thing that fixes it is a hard reset OR disconnecting the Xbox from the router
and signing into it again. It is a huge pain.

The sad part is, this is my second Xbox One X. The first one actually had WiFi hardware failure - as it was detecting a LAN cable when none was present. I took it to Microsoft store and was given a new one.

Now I don’t know if this is a software or hardware issue (sounds like software to me). But this is ridiculous for the “worlds most powerful console.”

I will be filing a class action lawsuit if this is not fixed. Y’all are welcome to join me.

Xbox one x WiFi disconnects constantly

It's not just with the X. I have a One S and wifi just randomly disconnects and no other device on network has this problem. I have reported it many times but no update to fix it yet.

I have a brand new Xbox One X and I'm having a super annoying problem with its connectivity.

It seems the console disconnects randomly from the WiFi and that makes playing on Xbox Live impossible and very annoying.

The router is a very expensive ASUS router, it's on 5Ghz, signal strength is 100% because they are in the same room and no other device in my house experiences this. My Nintendo Switch, PC and PS4 all connect rock solid via WiFi, but the Xbox One X is giving
me problems.

Any ideas?

I must officially retract such a baseless threat at a class action. Xbox live support has done a great job helping me out. I hereby retract my previous post.
