Xbox One X is THE BEST console eva.

With this processing power, hopefully Xbox One X will cold boot up in under 30 seconds flat. It has the bestest console hardware, the world's most powerful console, unrivaled. 12GB GDDR5@ 326GB/s. 2.3Ghz 8 core processor, 4k Blu-ray disc player.

Xbox One X will make a great video gaming console, watch YouTube and Netflix, compatible with turtle beach headsets (I have the Turtlebeach 500x dolby 7.1 surround that I use to listen to video game sound and XBL Chat. Some of the games look very good too.
I'm not sure I'll jump at getting a 4k HDTV as those are still pricey in Australia/NZ. But have a good 1080p Full HDTV. I'm subscribed to a Youtuber and she got PS4 Pro for Final Fantasy XV, who is also showing interest in Xbox One X in one of her latest videos.

I will be keeping my Xbox 360 slim console since heaps of my friends still have it. But will be selling my original Xbox 1 console (but keeping the Kinect), and I will be purchasing Xbox One X DAY ONE! Hopefully the have a DAY ONE edition where like the
original Xbox 1, they autographed our controller. Instead of "Day One 2013" "Day One 2017". It's almost Xbox 1's fourth birthday. I use to have Forza 5 and have the 6th version, but might sell Forza 6 even for a cheap price, and start fresh with Forza 7. Also,
it's great with Forza Horizon 3 where we can drive on the LEFT side of the road which is what common wealth countries UK/NZ/Australia do. But Forza Horizon 4 can't wait for that. Depends on which country they base it off. I always like playing playground playlists
like tag virus in Forza. Not really into competitive racing. It's a good thing Forza has playground virus tag playlists in multiplayer.

Right now I'm quite hyped about Xbox One X (XBOX) and it looks like it's gonna remain like that at least until early to mid 2018.

O, EB Games is selling it for NZ$749 and JB Hi Fi NZ and even JB Hi Fi Australia don't have it listed yet. EB Games Australia is selling it for AU$649. And for those who don't know me, Hi, I'm I'm a rich studious girl so money is no probs
for me. Even willing to shout my bff's one too.

 

Wow, you beat me to checking those retailers ^u^. StevenZisa, I've been so hyped about the X. Yes it would have been great if they added in a Kinect port. But there is a lot of people, who have no interest in Kinect (sadly). That is why they're manufacturing
the console with no dedicated Kinect port. But you should be able to still attach a Kinect dongle and connect your Kinect to the X. It's a bit of a hassle. Especially financially for certain people. Even big companies make mistakes sometimes in what they say.
Maybe they were too hyped they forget about that.

Spec's aside, something is missing. 'resolutiongate'? No, 4K pixi's so 1080p will likely never get mentioned again. I know... FPSGATE will dominate the forums after 11/7/2017. - So MS needs to get busy aquiring dev support otherwise LOCKED FPS across all
consoles. Well, except for Forza and possibly other IN HOUSE games.

Trouble is, MS will not spend the $ to push devs into NOT locking FPS at 30.

Unwritten rule, you have to spend $ in order to make $. 3rd party Game Developers which neither are brand loyal are no exception... Umm.. except when it comes to cold hard cash!

So am I excited about X1-X? Yes, but only in how well devs support it with cutting edge 4K, 60 FPS AAA titles. And other as yet unmemtionals.

 

Hopefully they won't lock games in 1080p 60fps if it can do 4k in 60fps, eg Forza. And not to lock games in 1080p 30fps if it can do 4k 30fps. You should be able to play games with higher fps on 1080p if you choose not to play it in 4k.

JB Hi Fi New Zealand and Australia are a bit slow in listing Xbox One X on their site, for pre-orders. JB Hi Fi is an Australian/New Zealand retailer (sorry peeps on the other side of the planet XD). They're also usually cheaper than EB Games too. They may
sell the console at a cheaper price. We still got just over 140 days left before November 7. Hopefully they will do a midnight launch. I got my Xbox 1 Day 1 Edition console and 27 EB Games stores throughout NZ were open for it. So hopefully they'll do the
same thing for Xbox One X too. Hopefully they'll have a day one achievement and an autographed Day One 2017 controller, but don't mind if they don't. Also when I got my Day One Xbox 1 console, EB Games sold it $1 below full RRP. Normally retailers may sell
new releases at full price. But then they can choose not to, to remain competitive with other retailers.

Looking forward to considering getting games mentioned at E3 too, some of them stroke my interest and had good graphics. I think some Xbox fans will be shaming PS fans with how much better the specs are on Xbox One X. And I intend to do that by doing a YouTube
video this week and when the X comes out November 7. After all, they've been doing it to us for years. I chose Xbox because Xbox 360 has Party Chat where as PS3 only has Game Chat, and because of the rich online features of XBL. Not only will I enjoy this
on 7 November, but being a part of the brand which will have 'the most powerful console ever', words which Phil Spenser mentioned at E3. We have something to be proud. PS fans want to talk specs, we'll show them who has specs. I'm sure Microsoft has anticipated
this kind of reaction. They say we don't have games. Have they bothered to look at our platforms library. Does the competition console have:

- Screamride

- Kinect Sports Rivals

- Zoo Tycoon

- Cities Skylines

- Forza/Halo.

- Microsoft acquired Minecraft and Skype.

And when Xbox 1 X comes out, Final Fantasy XV as mentioned at E3, will take advantage of Xbox One X. Because on the original Xbox One, it's so blurry with shoddy resolution. But it doesn't mean every game is shoddy on the original Xbox One. Kinect Sports
Rivals and Forza Horizon 3 look amazing. So do the Halos. You also don't need to have a 4k HDTV to play and enjoy Xbox One X. You can still play it in 1080p with higher visual fidelity and less lag as 1080p gaming is less demanding on hardware than 4k is.
And I could still see some stuttering and lagging when they were showing off some games in 4k @ e3. People complain about the US$499 cost of a console, yet quality 4k HDTV's from Sony and Samsung, can cost even more. I have a feeling Minecraft since Microsoft
owns it (they acquired it, another reason to be with Xbox, they may release new content first and more promptly on Xbox) Minecraft 4k and supped up graphics sounds intriguing.

As for the price tag, I feel Microsoft will be selling Xbox One X at a definite loss. You cannot build a quality custom desktop PC which matches/rivals Xbox One X, whilst sticking to a strict US$500, using quality parts and where you can refer to only one
manufacturer for warranty claims for that system, a system with an attractive design and quality components as like Xbox One X which even comes with a 12 month warranty as standard. Even Youtuber Linus Tech Tips thingy, tried building a gaming PC for $500,
it was exceptionally tough. And the parts he sourced were through different companies and had no warranty. So if someone says you can build a quality gaming PC which matches or beats Xbox One X, they need to get outside more. Because in reality, and if they
did their math, you can't.

Then again I think Microsoft can easily recuperate from selling Xbox One X at a loss. They have over US$100 Billion in assets. I think they will get a lot of younger people crossing over to Xbox One X when it comes out. Cause it's the better specs that will
attract them (and the games which you can't find on any other console). And since they may not have the patience for the competition to release their next console. One of the key things that Microsoft stressed at E3 was POWER. Even though while some here may
be sick about such talk. But hey, at least I'm not the only one into such Power.

When Xbox One launched, a lot of people complained about it's size, that it looks like this thingy called a VCR, it looks like a behemoth. With Xbox 1 before the reveal, I suspect many thought it would have been a bit bigger. But it will actually be smaller
than the Xbox One S, which took me by surprise! They were able to achieve this by thinking modern and something which will appeal to the younger audience most definitely. Vapor water cooling thingy, means you only need real minimal space for airflow. I like
the design of the vents being at the rear rather on the top, as dust easily lands on the top of a console much more than it lands on the rear side of a console. And as one Youtuber pointed out in her video, you can put little toys on top of your console without
worrying about it melting or heating. And since Xbox One X will have advanced cooling, not just traditional air cooling.

They really crafted something special for Xbox One X.
