Xbox One X was sent in to be repaired under warranty but it is still not working

I sent my Xbox one X in for the cd rom to get repaired bc it would no longer eject the disc. I received the Xbox back yesterday and it still will not take a disc or eject the disc that was in it. Does anyone know what I should do now or who I could talk
to to get a reason why they did not repair the console.

You absolutely should contact
Xbox Live Support and request a callback. Be sure to have your support ticket number handy so they can look up your particular repair and see what happened.

Sent mine in for repair as it was still under warranty. Was sent a new series x, no problems with MW2 now thankfully!

You just reminded me of when I sent my Xbox One X to get repaired in the Germany repair centre a few years back and even though my console was still under warranty, they sent me a refurb back.

It wasn't hard to work out it was a refurb they had sent to me as the serial number on the sticker on the back of the console didn't match the the serial number in the console info in the console settings.

Standard practice.If it's quicker to send you a refurb then that's what they do if it's a in warranty repair.

Agree with the op,the cost of an out of warranty repair has always been way to high.

Sounds like your Xbox may need to be sent in for repairs. Is it still under warranty?

if it is still under warranty i would contact xbox about getting it sent off to them for repairs
