    Hello, I just bought a new Xbox one X today from Gamestop, and once I just did register it online here and I know they do come with 2 years warranty, however I saw that mine is already around 7 months in " warranty ends on 9/2021 " does that mean this device
    is refurbished ? shall I sent my receipt and contact Microsoft support? also is there anyway they can check if this item has been registered before or not? Thanks!

    Your warranty expired? The Xbox One X came out in november 2017. With 2 year warranty, that would mean the very first X will run out of warranty in november 2019.

    You may need to ask to this e-commerce brand if your console region is India or from where they imported the device

    Brand new xbox one X having issues with wireless controllers - controllers dc when ethernet is removed, randomly, and sometimes dont work at all.

    If it is an issue with the brand new Xbox One X, you have voided your warranty.
