    On December 27, 2019 I purchased a xbox one x from AAFES.com as a Christmas present. When I received it we set it up and all was fine. On March 21, 2020 the unit started rebooting while in operation then went into E102 errors. I've attempted all of
    the reset options made available on the screen. When I entered the unit serial number on the Microsoft website to register it, it indicated that my unit was out of warranty despite the fact I have had the unit under 100 days. The label on the unit says it
    was manufactured on 22-Jan-2018.

    So it seems a bit unfair that I have a game console for less than 100 days, it stops working and the 1 year warranty does not cover this unit. Is there anyway that the warranty can be applied based on the purchase date and not the date of manufacture?

    Your warranty expired? The Xbox One X came out in november 2017. With 2 year warranty, that would mean the very first X will run out of warranty in november 2019.

    Or in the devices tab it appears within warranty?

    You may need to ask to this e-commerce brand if your console region is India or from where they imported the device

    Brand new xbox one X having issues with wireless controllers - controllers dc when ethernet is removed, randomly, and sometimes dont work at all.

    If it is an issue with the brand new Xbox One X, you have voided your warranty.
