Xbox one x ventilation

je voudrais savoir pourquoi ma Xbox One X s'éteint toute seule lorsque je lance un jeu. Elle se met ventiler de manière très bruyante puis elle s'éteint, et quand je la redémarre cela me dit " ventilation insuffisante ". Sauf que je l'ai posée plat sur
une table, il n'y a rien autour et elle n'est pas sur une multiprise. De plus elle ne le fait que sur des gros jeux, alors que ma Xbox One n'avait aucun problème. Donc pourquoi s'éteint-elle ? Console pas assez puissante ? Jeux mals optimisés ?
