    Hello, lately i've been having nothing but problems with my 1x.

    At first my xbox one freeze and cause itself to power off on me but now its doing it alot more often and its happened while play disc and digital games, I took it to the microsoft store with no help at all from them. now starting yesterday it keeps giving
    me a save data message with this code 0x83860012. im beyond frustrated and don't wanna drop more money on another system.

    Hi beloome,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue. I know it can be frustrating when the console is not working as intended. First,
    go ahead and do a hard restart and power
    cycle     to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60
    seconds before turning on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
    soft factory reset    .
    1. Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
    2. Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the
    reset.

    Give those two steps a try and let us know the results!

    I can also say that both my X One S had issues and now my X One X blinks randomly as well. I’m using a 55’’ Visio E55-E1 and almost unplayable in 4K. 1080p is fine but I didn’t buy the One X for 1080P.

    While the One X has the graphics capability, it's seriously lacking when comes to the CPU requirements.

    Hence the reason why it's only possible to stream and not download. It would be practically unplayable on the outdated One X.

    Edit: Tried the game on a regular Xbox one and the issue isn't present, this is an Xbox one X specific issue and makes the game unplayable due to how ugly it looks. Fix this, I didn't pay top money for a 4k system that breaks games.
