Xbox one X unknown issue

Hello I've only had this xbox for less then 2 years. It has recently started to barley work or not work at all. Some days it works fine but most it will freeze up in gamesand not download anything from the store(it starts installing and pops up installation
stopped 2 seconds in and keeps doing that until I turn it off). when you start up a game a message pops up saying something is wrong with my saved games and wants me to fix it.

The last time I cleared all saved games, during the startup I received a start up error and had to preform a offline update to get the console to actually turn on again. However it is still having the same problems. I have tried a partial and full reset
and nether have helped. Is there something else I can try to fix this issue.

Is this shown as a message or error somewhere? If so is it on the Xbox itself or the router settings?

Is your Series X connected wirelessly or wired? Does the issue persist if you disconnect your Xbox One S from the network?

This is NOT a Xbox One X issue I'm on the fat Xbox One and I have the same issue for 2 months. Maybe a system update broke this, or it's a unknown Xbox live issue..

Also removing the account and set it back seems to temporality fix the issue.

We need a true investigation over this, Xbox support can't help with this issue. They already make me hard reset 2 time my system...

And I'm also from France.

Yes I have set the upnp setting to on in the router settings this still isn't working I tried port forwarding but is says the routers wan ip is unknown. It's my series x I'm having the issue with the old xbox one s it works fine

UHD Blu-ray compatibility and Dolby Atmos compatibility are known problems with the Xbox One X, it's unknown if Microsoft is aware of the scale of the problem and they will be fixed. Typically the Blu-ray app does get updates and fixes the issues and in
the past few days we have seen some fixes and titles that didn't play now do, but there is no clear place to report all the AV issues with the Xbox One X.

The Fifth Element is another UHD title also broken.
