Xbox One X - unable to sign into Xbox One Live unless I power cycle

Whenever I switch on my Xbox One X after it has shut down due to inactivity, I am unable to sign in. The network tests as working fine, I can see other devices on the network, and the network is operational - Netflix and Stan (another streaming service)
work as expected.

However, I am never able to sign into my Live account - to do so, I first have to fully power down the device, and start again. I assume that there is something cached that does not properly recover on restart.

As you can imagine, this is less than ideal. I have already performed a full factory reset - in fact, this was needed a week ago when I was unable to download system updates to a new device (the Xbox is only 1 week old!))

Microsoft support is unable to be contacted in our region, and I'm honestly a little over them at the moment.

Any one have any ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your profile since you already did the factory reset. Make sure you do a hard reboot between the uninstall and the install. Also go on to your account on a PC and make sure your security is up to date

If you do the Power cycle it works the same way on the original xbox one as on the one s or one x.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can try a
Power cycle of the console and then try and sign into Fortnite. Do you get any error messages or anything when you try and sign in?

I get log in failed the the message unable to sign in to your account on Xbox live. Please try again later ive tried restarting my xbox abd ive tried doing it by the power cable and i still get the same message
