Xbox One X TV signal was lost

About a week ago the OneGuide on my Xbox One X decided to no longer function properly. When the OneGuide is selected the only response I get is a screen stating "Your TV signal was lost." Nothing has changed with my Xbox/TV/cable box setup in quite some time. I tried a hard reset of the Xbox, power cycled my cable box, and checked the HDMI connections on both. I'm no expert but everything appears to fine. I tried cutting out the Xbox completely and connected the cable box directly to my TV with no issues (functioned properly). I also changed out the HDMI cables and was met with the same problem. I checked the Audio & video section of the OneGuide settings and it says "HDMI Not connected." When selecting that HDMI option in the OneGuide settings, my Xbox appears to not be communicating with my cable box and is not able to find a "TV picture."

    :)

It appears that you ill need to check your case with the hardware department. To do so, you will need to contact the online support team. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

XBox One X works only on 1 port out of all the devices i've tried to connect it to

    Hi Oskayra,

I've used the same cable. On multiple devices that would accept other devices but the Xbox one x.

A Nintendo switch is connected successfully with a cable to the tv. I've switched it to the Xbox one x but the tv doesn't recognize a signal.

Xbox one and Denon AVR-791 no audio/image

After one day of having the xbox one hooked up to get the cable box hdmi signal from my Yamaha RX-V665 receiver, the cable box seemed to be overheating (presumably from Xbox pulling video constantly / polling the tv guide). The issues seen are the xbox displays
"We lost your TV signal, make sure your cable or satellite box is on and plugged in to the xbox" randomly while watching TV, at which time the display on the cable box shows "DUI (download user interface) as if it has just been restarted. Tested using through
receiver and directly connected to cable box with the same results, TV freezes and signal is lost often within moments randomly. Immediately after having the issue I can hook the cable box up directly to the TV at which time the TV signal works flawlessly.
Therefore the issue has to do with how the xbox one is utilizing the HDMI signal to and from the cable box. The cable box has never exhibited these issues before and doesn't have them when not connected to the xbox.

Xbox One X 4K pass thru?

When you say 4K pass through, are you talking about a 4K source sending the TV signal to the Xbox and then to the TV? Or sending the Xbox1 X 4K signal to pass through a 4K receiver and then to the 4K TV?
