Xbox one x turns on then after 5 seconds turns off

My Xbox one S has been working fine for the last month, and now after watching a movie then switching over to my game in the menu the console turned itself off and now it just won't boot back up fully, I clicked the Xbox
power button and the light and sound happens then after 3 or 5 secs it turns it self off I have looked endlessly for a solution with multiple things that it could be the xbox is new only a week old, people say it a power supply issue but how can it power up
like normal for a few secs then just power down nothing also come up on t.v while this is happening

Description of when it exactly happened

-I was watching die hard 3 on my Xbox via my external hard drive that I put movies on and watch on my T.V before I had the Xbox as I play a lot of flight sim and do long hauls... so since I got my Xbox I use that now to watch movies
on bare in mind its not the first movie I've watched on the Xbox only today after 20 mins of watching die hard I felt like playing my red dead redemption to finish the story off so I clicked my home button on my controller and switched to RDR then it just
shut off at first I was like ok got up and turned it on by the power button and that when this all started

++++By the way this is a list of troubleshooting people and other forums suggested even Microsoft themselves that I have tired repeatedly++++

- Unplug and wait 10 secs to and hour and plug it back in

- Use a different plug socket

- Tried a hard reset but dose not give me an indication if it worked or not

- The area that its in is well ventilated if it not I assume it would of come around sooner and I have felt the Xbox at the time it first went off and it was cool

- Placed a fan next to it for the 1 hour to see if cooling it and putting air inside would help

- I even tried using my T.V power cable as it exactly the same as the Xbox's power cable and it powers up the Xbox but it reacts the same, shuts down after 3 or 5 secs

- Also there has been no power supply issue to my home, sockets or plug extensions everything has been fine.

Hi Jordan,

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. Sorry to hear that you're unable to get the troubleshooting screen to appear. Since this is the case, you may want to contact the place you financed the purchase of the Xbox from first to see if they have any suggestions
or may offer you an exchange since you haven't had it long (dependent on their policies of course).

If not, then contacting your Microsoft store over in Manchester prior to going in would be a good idea to see what they can offer you in regard to an exchange. They would also be able to set up a servicing or repair for the console there as well, I believe.
In regards to warranty, standard warranty for an Xbox console is 1 year. Its recommended that you register your device prior to contacting the Microsoft store and can do so by

I can't get to the troubleshooting menu to reset the Xbox it just ignores the command.

Also I was advised to go to the Microsoft store what can they do ?

And how do I get this Xbox sent of for repairs ?
