Xbox One X turns off unexpectedly when I try to switch it on

    Xbox One X turns off unexpectedly when I try to switch it on


    When I turn on the console it comes to the loading screen (where it shows a 4k processor and all) and then it suddenly turns off. It does not happen all the time but happens very frequently.

    I have tried to reach out to Xbox support but they are clueless as usual. All they can say is "reset your console". Geniuses.

    I'm not sure if I want to send it for replacement because they will give me a used console (repaired) for a new one.

    Does anyone else have the same problem? And is there a solution? Any help will be appreciated

    The
    warranty terms     for Xbox One state that they perform repairs with new or refurbished parts/units. There's nothing really wrong with refurbs, as they've already been fully tested to work before being sent out.

    hi i have the same problem with my scorpio.. i calld xbox servise and thei toald my to talk 2 an ambassadør chat 4 xbox. but it dident solved my problem. becuse my screen is still blackXbox One X turns off unexpectedly when I try to switch it on :(. and im soooooo sick and tierd of it. i hade problem sinse i bought
    it on the realese day.

    If I understand what you're saying your Xbox works fine when you watch YouTube but when you switch to playing a game it shuts off? I found a link that should be able to help you with that issue. Here
