Try In Hdmi 1 See if that is the slot that has the 4k I have been checking it slots and it might be the close, Also have to ask if the TV itself is plugged into the internet or not. Some TV's have had a bad update ect. So might be a problem as well.

Hi there David, I have heard of simular issues, I have to ask you if you have tried it on all ports of your 4k tv sometimes it is just one slot that has 4k and because it's asking the tv for 4k on the wrong hdmi slot it is saying no and giving you this
type of error. I will try to look up the TV a bit more closely to check if there is a set slot to try and assist you on it further.

Do you know anyone else with a 4K TV that you can try the console on? Also make sure you plugging it directly into the wall outlet. As power strip and ext. cords can sometimes not allow the recommended power for the console to work properly.
