Xbox one x turns off after 3 to 5 seconds

had xbox for less than a week. Ive tried all online solutions to no avail. This is too large an investment to be having this type of difficulty. I saw the other post like mine and tried the bind,eject power button solution. That did not work either. Need
help

Returned for refund today. Visited the Microsoft Store in Charlotte today as a last resort. They could not help and had no direct exhanges for this model. THE STORE EXPERIENCE WITH APPOINTMENT WAS FANTASTIC! I wish i could point to one person. The entire
crew was Top Notch! Big Woop Charlotte Store!(and I drove 2 hours)

This was among the first things I tried then outlets on another floor of the house. Looks like it will be a store trip.

I tried everything I could find Including what you suggest here. Can i take it to a microsoft store? Its brand new.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're console will no longer boot up is that correct? Have you tried the console on different TV's or with different HDMI cords? If it wont boot up after leaving it unplugged
for a few minutes you may need to consider having the console serviced.
