xbox one x turning itself off just in the game super lucky's tale

I have xbox one x, and when I'm playing the super lucky's tale game at a certain point in the game, the console hangs and shuts itself down. But this happens only if I dig the floor and only in a specific place of only one phase.
is the game bug or defect of my xbox one x?

No sound on Downloaded Game

Hi we just got a XBox one S. We set it up and Downloaded 2 games from the sale. Cuphead and Super Lucky's tale. Cuphead works fine but Super Lucky's Tale plays but without sound. Nothing we seem to do can get the sound to work. Just wondering if there is
a way to get the sound working. We tried reinstalling already

If you can replicate this shutoff by that one point in the game
every time, then it definitely sounds like a game bug.

Maybe your game is corrupt? You can try uninstalling Super Lucky's Tale and reinstalling, see if that helps.

Thanks for the help, my friend. I did this, I uninstalled and downloaded the game again, but the error continues. Interesting that in this section only the problem of turning off only if I dig the floor, if I run or jump for example the game continues normally. And just in that game happened that error, game gears of war 4 in graphical mode 4k and game for hours normally. It must be what you said, some bug in the game. Weird..
