Xbox One X turned itself off, won't turn back on

Been playing Skate 3 on my new One X when suddenly it turned itself off and won't turn on anymore. Controller just keeps blinking, and when I try to boot up with the power button on the console, all I get is a chirp and the power button lighting up for a
second. Tried the obvious, like unplugging the console, etc. but nothing worked. Is my console fried?

Xbox One Controller won't turn on

Just recently, my 2nd Xbox One controller won't turn on. Firstly, it turned on then shut itself off again. I tried to turn it on again but the 'X' Button just keeps flashing. I waited for about 5 minutes but it still flashed. I had to turn off my
Xbox One to get the controller to stop flashing. I tried the process over and over again but it still happened.

Any help??

 

XBOX won't turn on after latest update!

About 5 minutes ago I clicked to update my xbox one console and it turned off as it normally does... BUT IT WON'T TURN BACK ON! Ive turned it off, unplugged, nothing!!!

 

this is the thing it's making me consider its a software glitch more than a performance issue

 

Actually, I found that every time I play a 4k game (Forza 7) my circuit breaker would trip. I played Destiny 2 and watch TV with no issues. There is no way I am going to run power from a different room or add a circuit just to play
video games. I am running a LG OLED 65", the XBox One X, my Xfinity X1 box and a Sonos Playbar on the same surge protector. On the same circuit I also I have 2 lights, a controller charger and a small 3 gallon aquarium.

 

I have exactly the same issue. Is there a USB stick recovery image?

 

Reddit is saying some Scorpio editions have the power cable go out. Some is cable some are not. My Scorpio just died. I don't have another cable so I will have to buy one to see if that is the problem.

 

If folk remember, there was a power cable issue with the original Xbox, MS supplied a new power cable free of charge.
