Xbox one x tomb raider bundle activation error

Hey

I just bought a xbox one x tomb raider bundle. When i try to activate the key for downloading the game its saying "Read the instructions enclosed with your code. You may need to redeem it on another website."

Well the instruction saying i need to redeem it on microsoft.com/redeem but its still same problem.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider issue

I recently bought an xbox one x and tomb raider bundle, i used the code today 10/16/18 to download the game and when it was finished for some reason it still says that the game is pre ordered. the release of shadow of the tomb raider was over a month
ago. Not sure why this is happening but any help would be appreciated

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

On some occasions when you purchase bundles. The code sometimes needs to be redeemed on the developer website, then on the console. If you still having issues you can

So i think i need to redeem the code at square enix. But i didnt find any way to redeem the 25 digit code i only have.

 

Yes i tried on the app and on the microsoft website. They all say te same.
