    Hi!

    After just over 7 months of no issues with my Xbox, the past couple of days I've started getting the error in the picture when I try to load games. First off, when I click through to go the "Settings>System>Storage" there is no option to Clear local saved.
    There is only the option to either reset my Xbox to factory default (clearing everything), or reset it while keeping games and apps (so I'm guessing this message was designed for a different version?). I found the option to "Manage Game and Add-ons" by selecting
    individual games in the Xbox menu, but clearing the local saves there does not do anything to fix this problem. Doing the full reset of the Xbox (clearing everything, reinstalling) seems to help for a bit, but then it pops back up again eventually. Is there
    any way to fix this without taking a half hour to reset the entire Xbox, re-download everything and whatnot?

    So I recently tried the suggested solution above and I am still getting "there is a problem with your saved games" error code: 0x80831002.

    Everything is up to date.

    Assuming this is an Xbox One, since the internet seems fine,

    I would recommend trying to

    remove and re-add your account.

    Side Note:

    It is very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing

    it from the console.
