    Xbox one x there is a problem with the update


    I Can't seem to get my xbox one x to download the latest update. I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions right down to performing a full factory reset.

    It goes through the first few steps of setting up connection etc but when it trys to download the update it almost immediately goes to an error screen saying there is something wrong with the update. I searched for the error code but it refers to error with
    downloading profiles on xbox 360?

    seems like the xbox x has a lot of problems, i've got a normal xbox one, and i don't have any of the same issues that xbox one x owners have, it could be it just needs an update.
