    Xbox One X Teredo problem

    Cheers to everyone guys.

I bought the new Xbox One X and generally this is my first experience with the new Microsoft console because I didn't have the old One.

I tried to configure wired connectivity to the TIM modem (white technician), but it gives me a Teredo error.

So I also tried to use Wi-fi and things are better, even though Teredo's mistake sometimes gives me something to do with it.

With the PS4 Pro I have no problems of any kind, imposed everything manually and smoothly, but the One is making me peere.

    I have tried:

To configure everything manually via cable -> nothing

To give ip static from the console and open ports from the modem -> nothing

Configuring a static ip from modem -> nothing

Set the DMZ -> Nothing to match

All of a sudden, on the other hand, it works for a few hours and then gives the same problems.

I have not understood what I should do to make everything work.

My modem is a Technicolor AGCOMBO Smart Modem TIM

    :)

  2. Xbox one teredo problem

me and a mate of mine cannot seem to connect to ea servers on fifa or the cod servers on world at war 2. We have tried every possible option to fix this apart from a factory reset, which I do not want to do. We can connect to Xbox live fine, but not any
of the in-game servers. When testing our nat type it says about a teredo problem... please help!

  3. Can't access terido ip, but all of my ports are open. My NAT is also unavailable.

    Hey dude,

I had the same problem but following might be the solution of yours. Xbox One X Teredo problem :D

This link is in German, but you can use Google Translator for a makeshift translation:

    https://gedankenausbruch.com/microsoft/xbox-one-probleme-im-multiplayer-modus-wegen-teredo/

    Die Begründung: „Die
    Xbox One

The text says that the XBOX tries to connect with the internet by using his own IPv6 connection via teredo protocoll instead of the existing IPv6. Thats the reason your NAT is unavailable.

Teredo is automatically blocked on the latest software update of your router. So you have to disable the teredo filter in the settings of your router.

Maybe additional you can add the necessary ports for your XBOX manually. (I do not have to. Disable the filter was enough.)

    Xbox One X Teredo problem

I have been having the same issues, bought a new xbox one X and have been losing connection randomly, never lost connection before with the normal xbox one. When I lose connection it will sometimes say Teredo error or upnp connection error. Totally not
fun, I'm considering buying a new router but if it's the consoles fault I dont know what I'll do. I have already swapped my xbox one X out with another xbox one x from gamestop because I thought the first one was faulty and this did not stop the connection
    issue.

  5. Wow. I have this exact same problem! I have a higher end SOHO Linksys LRT224 router and can actually see as well as edit the upnp tables. After configuring an alternate port, in the 50k range, say 51122 for example, I can actually see that entry form
on the upnp table, labeled as "Teredo" and open that specific port via upnp for the Xbox One X and... Nope. "Cant get a teredo address" error and it wont even connect to XB live. Sometimes, I see in the upnp table that the xbox will requested a different
port then what is configured! I've even tried manually forwarding all the legacy ports, 3074, 3544, 4500, etc, as well as the alternate Teredo port(s) and nope. Also DMZ doesnt work. Dynamic or manual settings make no difference as well. Wired or Wireless
also makes no difference. I have a feeling that I need to set up IPv6, but I shouldnt have to...

Sometimes its just works perfectly and once it does, usually after a hard reset of the xbox one x, the connection is stable and solid, for hours and hours.

Given that the Xbox One X will try and open other Teredo ports in the 50k range, other than what is configured, I have a theory that the Teredo connection is timing out on the configured port, then trying another, and another, until an attempt threshold
is met, and then fails. This points to a failure on the XBlive side of things. Everyone I know, and their mom, bought a Xbox One X, and now also have their old Xbox One as well, which is instantly 2x the network load on XB Live... Perhaps MS is just overloaded
on the server side dishing out these Teredo connections.

    Cheers,

    Ted

    NAT and Teredo Issue

Mine nat reads is moderate under our internet and UPnP is not successful. It was that way with xbox one x and on my new xbox series x it also reads that. We have at&t uverse at our rural home. I dont have a teredo issue.

    Teredo

The xbox series x runs on other networks this has been tried and successful

When i reconnect it to my network i recieve this:

    (NAT TYPE:UNAVAILABLE)

    xbox.com/Teredo

This does (NOT) Affect xbox one
