    Hi guys, need your help on this..

    I have xbox one x with OS version: ...1911.191213-0400

    My system landed to troubleshooting page where it had the option for offline update.

    Since there was no other way to update than OSU...I followed all steps of OSU2 (first update) and OSU1 (second update) (bcoz of my OS version and as per instruction on website) but in vain.

    Currently this system error: E102... is displayed.

    Also there are no service center for xbox in Mumbai...

    can anyone pls help me out?

    My xbox always fails to install the new update

    Check this support, System updates solution. It seems there is a number missing on the error code. Would you check that
    code and let us know. E101 or E102 generally means a hardware issue but there are other E10? errors.

    im having the same problem now after an update at first it was telling me to clear my local saved games then it started freezing now im stuck on the troubleshoot page with a system error e10200000c0180070003

    Sorry to hear it. Please try clicking on the Troubleshoot icon and do a factory reset keeping installed games and apps. You do not need to use the offline method for this.

    If this does not work try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and hold the Sync + Eject buttons at the same time. While holding those buttons turn on the
    console. Keep holding Sync + Eject till you hear the second start up tone. Then follow the instructions for the reset.

    If you still have trouble with the console then I'm afraid a repair would be your only way to go
