Xbox one X system error/clearsavedgameserror/slowperformance

I have tried this already, I have read multiple threads on issue that is the same or similar and all seem to be a temporary fix for this error.

My xbox one x has recently been getting constant errors about having to clear my local saved game data in order to resolve the error, however when I try to clear the data after my xbox restarts I then get a system error asking me to restart or reset
my xbox to factory settings. I have reset my xbox several times now and still get the same system error. It will occasionally perform properly but error continues to come back. How can I permanently fix this issue?

Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this? Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console.

The only other thing that I could suggest is a factory reset, before that try contacting Xbox live support chat.

This morning when I logged into the xbox one x, I got the following error message and did a reset:

System Error: E202-8007000E-00000000

What was the error code that popped up

E106 00000009 80070002, but the codes seem to change sometimes which is odd...
