Xbox one x switching off at random

Anyone else having an issue with xbox one x radomly switching off when playing Borderlands 3? Get a warning about over heating when i switch it back on, but the unit doesnt feel warm at all, it's in a well ventilated area and it only happens with Borderlands

No, just seems to be Borderlands and when there's a lot going on on screen

Hey there! If it was a new console and only two weeks old, honestly at this point I'd suggest just taking it back to the retailer. That'll probably be the easiest way to get you a console that's good to go right out of the box!

If your console is in warranty, please contact the phone support and ask them to exchange your outlet.
