    Xbox one x support for India?


    I got a new Xbox one x last week from US from MSFT visitor's center in Redmond. It was working fine for a week and since yesterday it is not booting up. I am in India now and trying to reach technical support and get my device fixed but looks like there
    is no support center in India. I try calling them and the menu takes me to the Xbox support option but after that the call get's disconnected.

    Does anyone know how to deal with this?

    Microsoft changed the way on how to talk to support via phone. You can't call them directly, but you have the option to have THEM call you.

    In order to do that, you need to go to
    https://support.xbox.com/en-in/contact-us

    There click on the Xbox One icon. Under the button for asking the virtual assistant a question is a link for "See other options". Click on that.

    Then in the list of support topics, under "Console & Accessories" click on "Xbox won't turn on".

    If the troubleshooting links provided don't help, click on the button "Show Contact options".

    Depending on the time of day and the times of operations for the customer support in India you should get a tile to chat with Xbox support, or request a callback.

    If you see tiles about posting on the Community Support Forums, then you will be taken here, which won't help you. Also, if there is a tile to Message with a Xbox gamer, this is also community based support, and not official support.

    If you just want to send in your console for repair, or check the warranty status, simply go to
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and register your Xbox One X console.
