Xbox One X support chat

What is the xbox help chat link? I'm not sure of what I should select as my second Category below. I am attempting to clear all saved info on Xbox One X. Cleared all my internal saves. Uninstalled gamertag game saved reserved space, everywhere, uninstalled
games. System will restart & (I think) restart then without my turning my controller back on, will again sign me in. It's not supposed to do that, I'm supposed to have to use my profile's personal info to reactivate my account/sign in.

Dadgumitpaw! knew it. won't let me post unless I choose second category below, but what happens if I do select one it takes me to either xbox support FAQ or another forum. So, where ever it goes I need a link for chat, not email, not phone, not virtual,
chat.

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

To answer your first question currently the xbox support chat is not working as it is being reworked.

I think this is a known issue and being investigated, When I check on the devices page my Xbox One X is also showing as out of warranty so I had an online chat with the Xbox support team who told me my Xbox One X is still in warranty.

You might wish to contact the Xbox support team directly using the link below selecting either the option to "chat with Xbox Support" or request a call from support to get reassurance about the warranty coverage of your console.

never mind I got to the bottom of the issue..... on live chat with xbox support.

t500 rs isn't supported on xbox one x!!!!!

forza motorsport 7 does support it if playing on pc....

"most powerful console ..EVER!" but doesn't support t500 RS .. lol

We have two consoles in the house - an Xbox One X and an Xbox One S in the kids room. I have no trouble chatting with them (either via game chat or party chat)

I was told by chat to contact you regarding a code for Lego Batman 4k. I was supposed to be issues the code due to my Xbox One X Scorpio purchase, but the code has not made it to my messages section yet. Chat support said you should be able to provide
