Ola, meu xbox one x esta superaquecendo e desligando sozinho em varios jogos, mais de 1 vez por dia, um desses jogos é destiny 2

O console esta em local superventilado e sem obstrução a sua volta.

Tenho garantia ate novembro de 2020 porem quando solicito o reparo online a mensagem que tenho é para entrar em contato com o suporte.

Qual o link ou telefone para falar diretamente com um atendente real sobre o assunto?

There is no xbox one x edition it's just xbox one version

There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

And there is no xbox one series x

Just xbox series s or x

It actually would. There's an Xbox One, One S, and One X that are all in the same family. Then there is the Series S and Series X that are in a completely different family of consoles.

An Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X. The game will not work on an One X.

Xbox one isn't xbox one s or x compatible they are all compatible it's only the x that has some enhancements but generally the game will download on any xbox one

Series x is just xbox series s or x
