    Xbox One X stuck during latest update


    Hi all. 1st post. Hope you are all good

    I had the auto update roll out to me this morning on the xbox but when onto the verifying stage the console stalls at 25% every time. Tried soft and full power cycles, tried factory resets keeping games and apps and also fully reset and finally tried the offline update via USB which brings up an E101 error.

    Anyone have this problem or a solution? Microsoft want to charge £236 to have it fixed
