Xbox one x still has same fault after repair

Hi

My xbox one x has just been returned today after being repaired but after connecting it back up it still has the same fault.I have submitted another repair ticket and boxed it back up to be sent away again.What can be done to make sure that it works when
it comes back next time.Turn around time was about three weeks for the first repair.Considering this console was only purchased in December 2018 i am finding this frustrating.

Xbox One X still no signal after repair

Hi

My console has just been returned to me still broken. I receive no signal, PS4, Wii U, Switch and Sky Box work fine with all HDMI Ports and cables.

Tried to reboot into low resolution mode and no luck. The website is not allowing me to book in another repair. See picture, only allowing me to return an accessory.

Please can a member of staff get in touch with me to resolve this. No response via Twitter either. Really poor service, I rely on my XBOX for review purposes so this needs resolving ASAP

Xbox One X still no signal after repair

If the other consoles work without a problem one other thing you may want to check is this.

There is an input and an output in the back of all xbox one consoles you want to make sure the HDMI cable is coming out of the out to tv port on the back of the console.

Aside from plugging it back in when it comes back and making sure the issue is fixed, there really isn't anything you can do from your end. The issue should have been resolved but if the issue still persists after sending it in for
repairs the only thing you can do is send it back to the repair center to have it fixed. It's likely they repaired what they thought was causing the issue but it turns out what they repaired was not what needed to be repaired. Unfortunately with technology,
especially certain problems, sometimes all you can do is assume what the most likely culprit is, repair it and hope it resolves the issue.

This is the same issue I had with X Series X console. It's a hardware fault. You will need to get the console repaired or replaced under warranty.

Although, you wouldn't necessarily know it has faults until after you made your purchase. Everything has faults after awhile. The power of gaming, when there is a fault, the developers have the power to fix these faults with an update, such as an mechanic
would repair faults on a car.

Do all games crash?, the refund can only be made by the retailer, you can contact amazon tho and see if there's anything they can do, just check if in your amazon's order history there's a "closed refund gap" in you purchase of the xbox.
