    Problem to complete purchase on xbox one

    i have aproblem to complete my xbox one x purchase, a message says “We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out” appears and i contact microsoft support but the problem is still present

    IDK ,but i just checked my order status from walmart and it says processing ,delivery date 11/29

    So IDK,anybody have walmart orders

    You'd really want to contact who you purchased it from for an exact answer, but if you ordered it 3 weeks ago it's most likely shipping on the 30th.

    What do you mean by the service being unavailable? Are you in the initial setup stage when you first power on the Xbox One X?

    Is your Xbox One X successfully connected to the internet? The
    Xbox Live server status appears to be fine (at the time of this posting).
    When i check internet connection with the Xbox tool, it says that connection is fine and it also says that there is a problem un Xbox side.

    Connection is fine, i have tried an offline upgrade but still the same problem. Ay this point, mu Xbox is useless :(

    2 XBOXs different speeds?

    Do you have an xbox one X and the older xbox? if yes, there is a difference as the one X has better processing capabilities which could be influencing your results

    Update failure

    Hi, whenever my Xbox 360 tries to download the new update it always says "Can't process the update" I type in this status code 42FE - 43C5 - 1380 - C000 - 0185 nothing shows up, I can connect to Xbox live fine but it always says cant process the update help.
