Xbox One X Startup Errrors

Hi,

Every now and then my xbox keeps having to restart, when it restarts I keep getting the Startup Error: E105 xxxx errors, today when I did what needed to be done, it now comes up with E102 xxxx errors and it just won't continue as it keeps going back to the
system menus.

Getting a bit fed up to be honest with this, it happens way too often, is there anything I can do to permanently fix this annoying issue?.

Thank you, I seem to think it has something to do with the latest update that was installed, everything was fine until this update landed and now I can't even go into my free game section for Xbox Gold, keeps trying to load and then nothing, just a blank
page.

The xbox is working ok now for the moment, however there have been times when things in the operating system have gone awkward. I will setup a new help item for this as well.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with the console. Unfortunately if the issue persists then the only thing left to do is to have the console sent in for a repair. You can always register the console and check on the warranty through the

Device Support Website. Once you have the console registered, If your console has active warranty, you can set up a repair order for the console.

Thanks for replying, I really appreciate it, I have been using that website, I usually get the E105 error, but today I got the E105 and E102. I got E102 after the xbox was resetting. I finally got it sorted just now and it happens at least 3 times a month but
all this began exactly after the last update while I was with the Insider program, I left the Insider program but it keeps happening.

Would this be a sign that the hard drive is failing?, and if so, how do you replace a hard drive as I presume you can't just put in a normal hard drive in.

Do you mean the Xbox One X intro before the standard green startup screen is missing? If so, go to your display settings and check if the output is 4k. If it is, then theres nothing to worry about. Your X is working as normal, only the startup is missing.
Theres no need for a replacement
