xbox one x sound lag then no sound at all

Hi... I was having issues with out of sync sound in apps and games on and off for about the last week now there is no sound at all. I've checked HDMI cables and that's not it. I also reset the console to no avail...

Did that, the only solution there assumes HDMI problems. So does everything I can find via googling. I've also reset the console to no avail. What, if anything, might have gone wrong inside the box? Is there anything repairable in there or am I just out $400+?

Can you please clarify which cable are you talking about?

I have this same audio delay issue with my setup:

Xbox One X -> Original Xbox HDMI Cable (I presume this one is HDMI 2.0) -> LG OLED B9 TV -> Random HDMI Cable connected to ARC -> Denon X2200W

I read that the cable for ARC doesn't have to be HDMI 2.0 as it just transmits audio (any HDMI 1.4 should be enough for that).

HI There

on the TV make sure that the HDMI is set to Enhanced mode if it is not (this is needed for HDMI 2) and make sure that you are using a HDMI 2 cable.

there is a massive difference on speed throughput between HDMI 1.4 and 2.0, where 2.0 is required for 4K playing (18Gbps)

Running a Sony HT-X900F soundbar with the X and TV,
and unless all is set to the above, you will have issues
